Here are the art quilts in The Structures series. I was fascinated by the façade left standing after the demolition of the former Watt & Shand department store in 2007, and began taking photographs of the construction project on a regular basis. The images I captured form the basis of a series of textile works interpreting, detailing and celebrating the transformation of the historic Beaux Arts building into a hotel and convention center on the square in Lancaster, PA.
